Background
I started in roof plumbing and building design, where I learned how real-world decisions are shaped by systems, regulations, and physical constraints. That foundation now informs how I approach UX. I design decision-support and workflow tools for complex, regulated environments. At Abyss Solutions, I helped improve internal engineering workflow efficiency by 4× through AI-assisted decision support. At Drop Bio Health, I conducted 45+ user interviews during early discovery, helping define customer segments and pricing direction. I’m particularly interested in roles across health, proptech, and government, where thoughtful design and practical systems thinking can have meaningful, real-world impact.
